Give SMB operators a reason to raise their hand: something useful in five minutes that tells them where they stand, and gives UPS a qualified conversation.

## What we did

Nam built a free, five-minute supply chain and logistics diagnostic. Operators rate their business across eleven operational symptoms and get a scorecard benchmarked against peers of similar industry, size and channel mix.

- **A five-step wizard.** A few firmographic questions, then the eleven symptom ratings.
- **A scoring engine with no AI in the loop.** Ratings roll up into an overall score and a maturity band from critical to best-in-class. The same answers always produce the same report: auditable, instant and free to run at scale.
- **Benchmarks.** A peer comparison across key operational metrics, with sensible fallbacks when an exact segment isn't defined.
- **A report worth sharing.** A headline score, an executive summary, a benchmark panel, a radar chart, the top three priorities and a card for every symptom.
- **Lead capture.** An email unlocks the strategic priority and the detailed recommendations.

Questions, benchmarks and bands live in configuration, so the team can tune them without touching the code.
