Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Myosin (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Myosin.xyz website (“the Site”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Request a growth audit or use other tools on the Site
  • Contact us or ask to work with us
  • Book a call with our team

Examples of information we collect include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name and website
  • Details you share about your role, company size, tools, and goals

We also collect information automatically through analytics tools when you use the Site, such as the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, how you move through the Site, your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the referring website, and the campaign or ad link that brought you here. This may include recordings of your session on the Site (for example, scrolling and clicks), which help us improve the Site. If you submit a form, such as the newsletter signup or growth audit, we may link this activity to the email address you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare and send the audits and reports you request
  • Send our newsletter, if you subscribe
  • Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls
  • Follow up about our services where you have expressed interest in working with us
  • Protect the Site and its forms from spam and abuse
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance
  • Measure and improve our advertising, including on LinkedIn

We do not sell your data. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and deliver our services:

  • Replit (site hosting)
  • PostHog (site analytics, including usage insights and session recordings)
  • Google Analytics (site analytics run by Google: the pages you visit and how you move through the Site)
  • Beehiiv (newsletter subscriptions and delivery)
  • Resend (delivery of emails you request, such as audit reports)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (spam and bot protection on forms)
  • Cal.com (scheduling calls)
  • YouTube (embedded videos)
  • LinkedIn (the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measures the results of our LinkedIn ads, such as visits and sign-ups that follow an ad, and lets us show ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited the Site)

These providers may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited personal information with:

  • Myosin team members and contractors who need it to respond to you or deliver our services
  • Trusted vendors that provide hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, email, scheduling, and security services on our behalf
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights and users

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, such as delivering the services you request and keeping in touch where you have asked us to.

If you would like your information deleted, please contact us at contact@myosin.xyz.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including:

  • The right to access or update your data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@myosin.xyz.

7. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, to remember your preferences and to analyze traffic through PostHog and Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart; you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Embedded videos and scheduling tools may set their own cookies when you use them. You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings.

The LinkedIn Insight Tag sets LinkedIn cookies to measure our LinkedIn ads and to build audiences of Site visitors for ads on LinkedIn. LinkedIn receives your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and the referring page, and, if you are signed in to LinkedIn, can link these to your LinkedIn account. We see only aggregated reports, not who you are. You can opt out of LinkedIn retargeting (or, if you have a LinkedIn account, change your LinkedIn advertising settings); see the LinkedIn Cookie Policy for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page.
