About CloudCoCo

CloudCoCo is an IT services company working across cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, managed IT, and AI infrastructure and enablement.

That range makes content harder than producing more copy. The team has to keep up with a fast-moving market, decide which developments matter to its audiences, find where CloudCoCo has something useful to say, and carry that judgment across channels and voices.

The brief

Not another interface for generating copy. A content system built around the way CloudCoCo's content operation already works, so the team spends its time on the decisions that need its judgment, and less on everything around them.

The question: where does automation help, and where does the marketer have to stay in charge?

What we did

Myosin embedded Shane Farrell, a forward deployed marketer, with Salo as agentic solutions architect. Before building anything, they mapped the whole content workflow. Then they built Content Desk around it, in four connected parts.

  • Signal Radar. Pulls stories from a curated set of vetted sources and ranks them by relevance to CloudCoCo's ideal customers and content pillars. The week starts with a ranked shortlist, not dozens of tabs.
  • Draft Studio. Starts every draft with the source material, the chosen angle, the format, the voice and the compliance rules already in place. It writes opening variants and a first draft, checks the fit with the voice, and flags compliance issues for review.
  • Voice Guides. Six distinct voices for company channels, executives and contributors, alongside the compliance guidance. When someone edits a draft, the edit can improve the voice guide, so review makes the system better instead of fixing the same mistake every week.
  • Image Library. Approved photography, categorized and searchable inside the same workflow.

The automation sits around the judgment, not through it. CloudCoCo's marketers still decide which stories matter, what the company thinks, and what is good enough to publish.

From the build

The objective was never to automate the marketer out of the workflow. It was to concentrate their attention on the decisions where their knowledge of the market, audience, and company creates the most value.
