Med-device brand OS
One content system for brand, sales and comms, where nothing publishes without a person's approval.
- 01Brief captured
- 02Draft from approved sources
- 03A reviewer approves
- 04Deck generated
The client
A venture-backed medical-device company whose brand, sales and communications teams each needed content, and each had their own way of asking for it. In a regulated field, every claim has to be traceable to approved material.
The brief
One system, not three: a single place for all three teams to request, generate and review content, where nothing reaches the world without a person's approval.
What we did
Nam designed and built one engine for all three teams: one knowledge base, one guided intake, one review pipeline and one dashboard.
- Guided intake. A conversational flow captures what's needed, creates a brief and generates the first draft. It has no way to approve or publish anything.
- A knowledge center. Approved source material is parsed, classified and indexed for retrieval. Brand guardrails and design tokens are extracted separately and put into every prompt, not left to chance.
- A draft lifecycle. Drafts move through generation, review, approval and publication. Automated checks flag guardrail breaks and risky claims for the reviewer.
- Decks on demand. One-pagers and battle cards become presentation decks as a background job.
Every generation is logged with its prompt, the sources it used and its output.
What’s running now
Where people stay in charge
Review gates live in the database itself, not just the interface, so no bug or prompt can route around a person's approval.
