The Brief

Provenance engaged Myosin.xyz to modernize its brand, expand awareness, and build a strong foundation for the launch of Hastra, its new consumer-facing retail protocol.

The challenge was twofold: refresh the Provenance brand to resonate with both institutional partners and retail users, and create the full GTM, content, and community strategy for Hastra in advance of its protocol launch.

Myosin was tasked with driving visibility, sharpening the narrative within the RWA ecosystem, and building multi-channel engagement despite limited initial resources.

What We Did

Over eight months, Myosin executed a comprehensive strategy covering brand design, content, community, and communications. We began by reimagining Provenance’s visual identity into a modern, balanced system that blended institutional credibility with consumer-friendly energy. This included a new design language grounded in 3D visuals, a refreshed color system, and a hybrid serif–sans type strategy to ensure trust and clarity across audiences. In parallel, we created the full Hastra brand from scratch, ensuring its visual and narrative identity were equipped for a successful retail-focused GTM.

On the content side, we developed a multi-layered narrative strategy to reposition Provenance as a leader in the RWA conversation. We shipped a consistent stream of creative evergreen content, CT-native threads, amplification tactics, and a deliberate reply-guy strategy that significantly expanded share of voice. This work increased mentions of the ecosystem, elevated key launches, and sparked organic engagement from influential accounts across crypto and RWA-native communities.

We complemented this with community infrastructure: quarterly newsletters, governance guides, revamped developer documentation, and revitalized Technical Town Halls. These efforts rebuilt trust, improved education, and created better paths for participation within the Provenance network. For Hastra, we produced long-form educational content, GTM playbooks, and product-specific messaging frameworks for wYLDS and sYLDS, all designed to support momentum at launch.

Finally, Myosin led global PR efforts that secured coverage across major crypto outlets and regional media (US, EU, Korea, Vietnam, LATAM, and more). These wins amplified the Provenance rebrand, increased awareness of ecosystem milestones, and laid the groundwork for Hastra’s future announcements.

Together, these integrated workstreams strengthened Provenance’s presence across the RWA landscape, built community engagement from the ground up, and equipped Hastra with a robust foundation for a high-impact launch.
